Securing a vessel requires a non-refundable deposit. Our payment structure is benchmarked against industry standards for luxury vessel charters in Indonesia.

Marine Park Fee: The mandatory Raja Ampat entrance fee of IDR 1,000,000 per person (~USD 65) appears on your final invoice or can be paid onboard. Valid 12 months. Funds conservation and community programs.

For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express; please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% administrative surcharge. All payments are processed securely.

Is comprehensive travel and dive insurance mandatory?

Yes. All guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical evacuation and dive accident coverage (e.g., DAN). Proof of insurance is required before boarding. Raja Ampat is a remote location, and this policy ensures you are covered in the event of an unforeseen medical emergency or trip interruption.

How far in advance should I book my voyage?

We recommend booking 9 to 18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates between October and April. The most sought-after phinisi vessels and specific holiday periods (Christmas, New Year's, Easter) are often reserved more than two years out. This lead time also allows for better flight availability and pricing into Sorong (SOQ).

How are specific dietary requirements handled onboard?
