Our Verification Process

Every testimonial is verified against: (1) actual booking record in our CRM, (2) diver certification database (PADI/SSI), (3) post-voyage feedback form submitted within 14 days of disembarkation.What we publish vs. don't: All ratings ≥3 stars are published unedited (we cannot remove negative-leaning reviews if voyage was completed). Sub-3 reviews trigger an internal investigation; we publish them after resolving operational issues.Anonymity: Last names redacted to first initial. City + country published with guest consent. Vessel name + date verifiable on request for prospective clients.
