Manage the 1,220 km² Misool Marine Reserve. We contribute per-guest conservation fees + crew assist with reef monitoring.

We hire 85% local Indonesian crew — primarily from Sulawesi (boat builders) and West Papua (dive guides). Bira shipyard partnerships: All phinisi in our network built or refit in Bira, South Sulawesi — supporting the Konjo boat-building heritage that has existed for over 400 years.Raja Ampat village programs: Per-guest contributions fund school supplies, freshwater systems, and seasonal hire for village artisans on board.
